Chloe L. Krake

Chloe Louise Krake is an Associate Attorney and native of Metairie, Louisiana. She was admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts in 2024.

Chloe is a graduate of The University of New Orleans (B.S., magna cum laude, 2020), and received various research and academic scholarships, including 2018 and 2019 PURSUE Research Grants and the John E. Altazan Global Ambassador Award for the UNO-Innsbruck Summer Abroad Program. She served in various student organization leadership positions, including the founding board of the University of New Orleans chapter of Women in Business and the executive board for the Delta Epsilon chapter of Alpha Xi Delta.

Chloe received her civil law education from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2024). She received designations for highest grades in Federal Income Taxation and Louisiana Workers’ Compensation. She was a founding member of Loyola’s chapter of If/When/How: Lawyer for Reproductive Justice, and a member of the National Lawyering Guild (NLG), Women Law Student Association (WLSA), and the Italian-American Bar Association (IABA).

As a third-year law student, Chloe participated in The Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic as a Rule XX Student Practitioner, where she successfully represented clients in various family law matters both inside and outside of the courtroom under the guidance of Clinic professors. Chloe strongly attributes her confidence in her legal writing and representation skills to her Clinic experience.

Chloe has a professional background in Accounting, Finance, and Tech and Non-Profit legal work. Chloe is a member of Ladies Leukemia League of the Gulf South.

Chloe enjoys finding any spare moment to spend outside and can be spending time with friends at the park or strolling on Magazine Street.
