Ms. Zajac has extensive litigation experience. Her practice is primarily focused on products liability, premises liability, toxic tort litigation, and insurance defense. She has defended has defended various clients, including premises owners and employers, in products liability and personal liability lawsuits. Mrs. Zajac has experience successfully arguing various pre-trial motions on both the state and federal court level as well as representing the interests of her various clients at the state and federal appellate level.
Ms. Zajac is licensed to practice law before the state courts of Louisiana. She is admitted to the United State District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western District of Louisiana as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mrs. Zajac is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
Jennifer graduated with honors from Loyola University in 2000 (B.A., History), and received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Loyola University School of Law in 2003.
